Program Overview

The Elite Bioscience Affiliate Program lets approved partners earn commissions when customers buy through assigned referral links or referral codes. Partners are placed in a partner tier that determines default commission and customer discount rates unless Elite Bioscience sets a custom override.

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years or older and must operate a legitimate website, social account, clinic, community, email list, or other audience channel. Elite Bioscience may approve or deny any application.

Partner Tiers

New affiliates start on the Standard tier unless otherwise noted at approval. Active partners may be promoted to Premium automatically when they reach program thresholds or manually by Elite Bioscience.

• Standard: 15% commission on qualifying orders; referred customers receive a 5% discount when the program discount is enabled.
• Premium: 20% commission on qualifying orders; referred customers receive a 10% discount when the program discount is enabled.

Automatic promotion to Premium requires either $1,000 in lifetime attributed revenue or 10 qualifying paid conversions, whichever threshold is reached first. Elite Bioscience may adjust tier defaults, thresholds, or individual partner rates in the affiliate portal or by direct notice.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying purchases credited to their link or code. Commission rates follow the partner's effective tier (or any approved override). Payout timing, minimum balances, and campaign bonuses are communicated inside the affiliate portal or directly by Elite Bioscience.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not make false or misleading health claims, promise medical outcomes, use spam or unsolicited communications, bid on Elite Bioscience branded keywords without approval, or represent themselves as employees or agents of Elite Bioscience.

Termination

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Unpaid commissions may be held, reversed, or forfeited if the affiliate violates these terms or if attribution is invalid.
