BioPrimo® (Primobolan) and HGH: A Muscle Hypertrophy Tag Team

by Cecilia Lodi on July 13, 2023

A lot of athletes and fitness pros would agree that anabolic steroids usually work better when they are combined or stacked with other body building enhancers. BioPrimo® (Primobolan) is a great anabolic supplement on its own, especially if you are looking to increase lean muscle mass and burn fat. And if you are aiming to get bigger and leaner in a shorter amount of time, stacking BioPrimo® (Primobolan) with Biotropin® (HGH) is the perfect combination supplement in building muscles and bulking up.

Primobolan and HGH stacked together makes for the perfect combination supplement for lean muscle building. Steroids are nothing new in the fitness industry, especially to serious bodybuilders and athletes. Paired up together, BioPrimo® and Biotropin® HGH will provide even better results for users. It is a hormonal muscle hypertrophy duo that brings results fast. Not only that, you get other benefits such as boosting your metabolism, burning fat, fast-tracking recovery, and enhancing athletic performance.

The Process of Building Muscle

  • Your muscles are made up of fibers, bound together in bundles of tissue.
  • When dormant satellite cells in the fibers are activated by trauma–meaning, micro-tears that the muscles sustain during resistance training for example, lifting weights–your immune system triggers an inflammatory response to begin repairing the damage.
  • At the same time, your body releases hormones such as testosterone and growth factors, a hormonal cascade to stimulate hypertrophy.
  • Testosterone boosts protein synthesis–the creation of the protein molecules that repair the injured tissue, while growth factors instruct satellite cells to thicken the muscle fibers.
  • The result is larger muscles that can handle heavier loads, i.e. the dream.

Physique builders employ Resistance Training protocols designed to elevate hormonal levels in order to maximize anabolic responses. Supplementation with AAS and other hormones creates a supra-physiological environment that is conducive for building muscle, especially when these hormones are used in a synergistic manner.

Androgenic Anabolic Hormones (AAS)

Testosterone and DHT are androgenic hormones that induce muscle hypertrophy, particularly in individuals who undergo rigorous training. While the exact mechanism of how these androgens cause muscle growth is not yet understood, it's believed to be a combination of factors that include:

Hypertrophy (increase in the volume of individual muscle cells) - due to either direct stimulation by testosterone or an anabolic environment caused by GH use.

Satellite cell proliferation - this is where you get new nuclei for your muscle cells, which is beneficial for long term growth. This is also caused by an anabolic environment created by testosterone or GH.

Fibroblast proliferation - Fibroblasts are involved in the repair of damaged skeletal muscle tissue. Like satellite cell proliferation, fibroblast proliferation is also caused by an anabolic environment created by testosterone or GH.

BioPrimo® (Primobolan) is a Dihydrotestosterone-based anabolic steroid (or DHT), proven to improve strength, build lean muscle, and develop bulk, without the usual androgenic side effects when compared to other Testosterone esters.

Because it is a derivative of DHT, BioPrimo® cannot be aromatized to estrogen, which means there is no tendency for producing estrogenic side effects such as fluid retention and gynecomastia.

Due to its low androgenic score, BioPrimo®, also known as Metenolone enanthate, is one of the few female friendly anabolic steroids on the market. BioPrimo® (Primobolan) has got a very low virilization rating, indicating that women can safely use it without having to worry about developing facial hair, baldness or a deeper voice–super!!

Growth Hormone

Growth hormone (GH) is a major anabolic hormone that stimulates muscle growth. The anterior pituitary gland secretes GH, which then stimulates IGF-I production in the liver and skeletal muscles.

Both GH and IGF-I induce myotube hypertrophy. As a quick review, myotubes are developing myofibers with a tubular appearance, which later matures into functional muscle fibers. The GH hypertrophic action leads to an increased myonuclear number, indicating that GH facilitates fusion of myoblasts with nascent myotubes.

Fig 1. Skeletal muscle differentiation in vitro.  Newly differentiated myoblasts gradually express myogenin (MyoG) and form single-nucleated nascent myotubes with myosin heavy chain (MHC+). Growth hormone, through the action of Insulin-like growth factor-I (IGF-I), induces myotube fusion to form multinucleated myotubes. Within the myotubes, actin, myosin, and elastic myofilaments are arranged to create organized sarcomeres. Organized sarcomere structures provide a striated pattern in myotubes and serve as the functional contraction unit of muscles.

IGF-I increases protein synthesis and inhibits protein degradation. GH stimulates hypertrophy on satellite cells in the muscle, induces myoblast proliferation, stimulates differentiation through expression of MyoD and myogenin, inhibits apoptosis and induces lean body weight gain. GH also stimulates fat metabolism.

To boost the production of growth hormone, its receptors must be activated, and this only happens during high levels of physical activity. Another way to optimize GH levels is by administering BioTropin® (HGH) to your muscle-building regimen to ensure you get that lean, solid bulk in just a few cycles.

Fig 2. Schematic representation of the growth hormone (GH)/insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) axis. GH is synthesized in the pituitary and induces synthesis of IGF-I in most tissues (liver and muscle). The liver is the main source of circulating IGF-I although some come from other tissues, including muscle. IGF-I synthesized in muscle (mIGF-I) in response to exercise or Growth Hormone acts in an autocrine/paracrine way to stimulate hypertrophy.

Takeaway

In conjunction with resistance training, the increase in muscle mass is mainly due to the combined functions of growth hormones and testosterone. Hence, optimizing these 2 hormones with careful administration of BioPrimo® and BioTropin®, can significantly increase lean muscle gains and improve body strength and stamina, while losing body fat.
